Architectural Panels

The use of glass as separators, doors and windows in homes or spaces is most often with the intention to partition for privacy. By incorporating design and colour into these panels, stained glass and mosaic act as artistic forms that play with light and shadow, while also adding an element of aesthetic design corresponding to their surroundings. Back-lit stained glass for skylights, stained glass windows in place of venetian blinds or mosaic panels for partitions are a way of adding elements of colour with the play of light and architectural design. The complexity and simplicity inherent in these two mediums allows for various levels of transparency that enhance mood, colour and the experience of spaces.
